Directions - Add 1 teaspoon to milk of your choosing & stir.
Deacon’s Suggestions for his Chocolate Smoothie Powder:
- Blend with some fresh or frozen fruit.
- Mix a little warm water or milk to form a paste. Drizzle it over some fruit, yoghurt or ice cream.
- He also eats it straight from the tub before sport, for a bit of energy.
